Below are some photos of our new home. These are from our first days, so I haven’t gotten my hands on some decorating yet to make it feel more homey. That will come!
First some images of the exterior of the rig. We love the color. There were quite a few options that we could choose from. This color scheme goes with our brand new Smart Car and GMC Sierra Denali dually.
Below is the cool deck/patio that also acts as the ramp to get the Smart Car into the garage (which we haven’t yet tried).
And now some interior shots. This is the living room/kitchen combo. The door in the back leads to the garage.
Another view of the living room. Very large TV, electric fireplace, l-shaped couch. You can slightly see the dual recliner chairs on the right.
The bedroom with a king size bed. I can’t get over the fact that we have such a large bed. It’s pretty comfortable too! There is a lot of storage for an RV (although I’m sure never enough)! Off to the side is a closet with a stacked washer and dryer.
The main bath.
The garage. It is a 14 foot garage, but a lot of space is used for the 2nd bath (over 4 feet), which you can’t see in this photo. The ladder leads to a sleeping loft with fullish size bed (which they say is a queen…right!). We’ll use that mostly for storage. Maybe when the grand kids get bigger, they’ll be able to sleep up there. The patio doors are pretty cool. They are 3-season sliding doors, which means they have screens and a plastic cover that is removable (velcro). There are also two beds that come down from the ceiling (bunk-style). We’ll use the garage as an office most of the time.
